Semi-individual training

Semi-individual training sessions are workouts held in a gym or fitness center under the supervision of a trainer. The difference between semi-individual and group training is that semi-individual training is done in smaller groups. Therefore, the trainer can focus more on each participant, leading to quicker results.

Individual training

Individual training sessions are one-on-one workouts with a selected trainer. The trainer tailors the training plan and program according to your needs, habits, and abilities. Additionally, the trainer is there to advise you on nutrition and create a meal plan based on your desired results.

Outdoor training

Outdoor training sessions are held on a 200m2 terrace located at the top of the building in the center of Zagreb, offering a beautiful view of the city. It is widely known that exercising outdoors has its benefits, so if you prefer outdoor workouts, this is an excellent choice for you.
